4TL Trading ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.
Account data — When you sign up, we collect your email address, display name, and username. You may optionally provide a profile photo.
Payment data — Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your membership.
Community data — Messages, reactions, and other content you post in the community are stored and visible to other members.
Usage data — We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used to improve the Platform.
Trading journal data — If you use the trading journal, your trade entries are stored in your account and are private to you.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, but this will log you out of the Platform.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required to retain it by law (e.g. payment records).
Community messages you posted may remain visible after account deletion. Contact us if you want specific messages removed.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment handling via Stripe. No system is 100% secure — use a strong, unique password for your account.
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
